Our roots in Public Adjusting go back generations. The company was established after the owner worked for a major insurance company as a manager, overlooking the claim's department. He realized that the insurance company’s interest is centered towards their own profits. Through his experience he discovered insurance companies do not have the best interest in mind for the property owners. From this conclusion, our company was born to help thousands of property owners maximize their claims with insurance companies across the US.

Jonathan Nelson - President & CEO
Jonathan Nelson is the founder of Think Smart Public Adjusting. He serves a public adjuster all over the country. Mr. Nelson has experience with property and casualty claims and has become an expert over the past years.
He has years of experience in all areas of property claims consulting and adjusting.
He began his adjusting career as an independent adjuster working for major insurance companies. He has worked major storms including Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Dorian.
Jonathan's background also comes from construction, restoration, and repairs of residential and commercial properties.
